Podium opened its doors in December of 2000. Our opening came with a wealth of acquired experience in the public sector since our president and staff worked for four years in the Secretariat of Foreign Relations in the Events Coordination Department from where we coordinated the Meetings of Heads of State in all its facets.

Part of this same team received training in organization of Meeting for Heads of State from the State Department (USA) and the Chancellery in Havana, Cuba to better know the Africanize culture in order to acquire the most amount of knowledge for the celebration in the country of ACP Heads of State Meeting (Africa, Caribbean, Pacific).

Based on the knowledge acquired Podium organizes events professionally.

Our work covers more than just decoration and food & beverage, it is more than that, we analyze and dissect the event, we suggest better and more efficient ways to do things, taking into account different factors, the protocol, the montage among others, using our experience in private and government events.

Thought the years we have being responsible for many large events such as the IV Inter American Forum for Micro Business held by the IDB for which we received many compliments for its organization.
We also organized the event for change of corporate image of Banreservas held in a local stadium with the participation of over 4, 000 guest.

Recently Sara Lee hired us to organize the inaugural ceremony of the construction of their latest free zone park.
